Linda Brzezinski, COO/CPO

Linda has  20+ years’ experience in Leadership across Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations, M&A Integration, Business Development and Accounting—giving her a unique insight into the crossroads of People, Process, and Technology.

She has been part of  3 startups, 5 M&A’s and a $720m exit.

Linda held the role of Global Senior Vice President of People at Mediaocean and was a member of the Executive Team.   Mediaocean was Ranked #41 Digital 100: The World’s Most Valuable Tech Companies and is the largest independent advertising technology company in the world.  At Mediaocean, Linda was responsible for Global Human Resources, Business Services Group &  M&A Integration with a staff of 21, covering 6 countries supporting 850 -1,200 employees in 11 offices.

Prior to Mediaocean, Linda held the role of VP of Human Resources and Operations at MediaBank, ranked #30 Most Valuable Startups and was National Director of Resource Management & Operations at SilverTrain. She had also worked for the largest US distributor of hardware.

Linda’s Affiliations have included: SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management), Women in Technology (WIT), Anita Borg Institute – Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing, Step-Up Donor – Inspire Women to Inspire Girls

Linda earned a BS in Business Administration: Management and Information Systems (MIS) with a concentration in Accounting from Robert Morris University, PA. She also has an Associates degree in Specialized Business with a major in Business Administration & Management. She  holds a Certificate in Global Resource Management.
